Do I need a credit card to rent a boat?
Yes, your credit card information will be taken during the reservation process. Nothing is charged to your card until you take possession of the boat.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact us to cancel. All reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of your rental period for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your rental period you’ll be charged 50% of the rental fee.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome. Dogs up to 50 lbs. You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet.
Is a captain available?
At this time a captain is not available.
Is delivery available?
Delivery depends on availability please ask about delivery when you inquire about your rental. Delivery fee will apply.
Where do I pick up the boat?
Cross Coast’s dock is located at SE 12th Terrace Cape Coral, Florida
How far is it to the Caloosahatchee river?
It is a 20 minute canal ride to the river from our dock. We’re located just north of Veteran’s Bridge.
